The Latin-inspired main dishes can be enjoyed at a high-top table, or you can relax on a couch with some beverages and small snacks in this Chicago rooftop lounge.
There’s even a hot seafood platter that offers a taste of everything. We recommend trying some shrimp tacos and sipping a mojito inside the mural-covered dining room or on the roomy rooftop.
Take a beautiful picture while at it too!

This stunning rooftop dining room in Chicago is surrounded by a garden and serves fresh fare influenced by Filipino ancestry. View the vertical hanging gardens and the surrounding lush, bursting vegetation as you eat. The cuisine uses items from the rooftop organic garden. Can’t beat that!

Patrons likely head upstairs for supper al fresco with summer-ready menu items like wood-fired chicken, roasted oysters with smoked tomato butter, and a casarecce bolognese.
Although the wine list is genuinely outstanding and has lots of rosé for those long summer nights, the cocktails are entertaining. Chef Danny Grant creates culinary masterpieces at this expansive Bucktown bi-level, including decadent housemade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and heartier proteins.

The newest member of the One Off family isn’t playing around when it comes to rooftops with enormous views and even more epic spreads. But we wouldn’t expect anything less from the people behind adored Mediterranean staple avec Restaurant.

One of my first rooftop experiences in Chicago, The Roof on the Wit is a Chicago staple and a rooftop to visit. This all-weather sky-high lounge, which has a retractable glass canopy on top, recently traded in its distinctly clubby vibe for a more refined look complete with wide leather booths, low-slung sofas, and modern lighting all over.
That means it is near perfect for a romantic date night out! While the bar program focuses on inventive and classic cocktails, bottle service, and huge size punches enough for a party of two, tasty shareable like cheese boards, flatbreads, sushi platters, and Parmesan fries are also available to liven things up at this wonderful place.
