Without further ado, let’s get to it;

There are so many fun things to do in Dallas that could keep you and yours occupied and free of boredom. This collection of fun Dallas date ideas will have you cruising the city in no time. By not thinking outside the box and possibly venturing out of your comfort zone, you’d be surprised at how much fun you’ve missed out on. By the way, there are plenty of cheap dates to have in Dallas, and we’ve included a few of them here.

1. Live the life of Sir Richard Branson (for at least one night):

The views of the downtown Dallas cityscape from the balcony of Sir Richard’s Flat at Virgin Hotels Dallas are top-notch. The 1,400-square-foot apartment comes with a large living area, wrap-around balcony, well-stocked bar, and a massive bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and spacious (hint, hint) walk-in shower. You may also put each other through an intensive exercise on the LiteBoxer before retiring to the custom-designed Best Bed Ever to, er, sleep it off.

2. At Six Flags, you can have a good time:

An afternoon at Six Flags is always a good option for all the adventurous couples out there. Riding a Ferris wheel, winning a giant bulldog at the fair, and then eating way too much funnel cake are all memorable experiences.

With this exciting date idea in Dallas, you will bring out your inner child and connect with your date while on a roller coaster!

3. Take Classes in Cooking Together:

If you are a foodie, cooking courses in Dallas are one of the greatest date ideas in the city, as they provide a fun way to learn about the city and its world-class cuisine. Each session is unique and will make for a fun date night every time as world-renowned local chefs lead most classes. Try taking a live online cooking class to enhance your cooking abilities from the comfort of your own kitchen for an even more intimate experience. Planning a great date night has never been easier with so many cooking class options near you!

4. Tastings and Winery Tours:

Wine has a romantic quality hard for any of us to ignore. Making a visit to a winery for a tour or wine tasting is most definitely the perfect date idea, especially in Dallas. While you’re lost in your date’s beautiful eyes, sample the subtle flavors of reds, whites, and rosés. With so many amazing wineries and vineyards in Dallas, you can make your date go as long as you want by visiting as many as you can handle. I’d recommend Delaney Vineyards or Messina Hoff Winery.

5. See a Comedy Show Together:

For the evening, go to the Dallas Comedy House and laugh your ass off! (not literally, though, lol). Their improv events never fail to make me laugh, and they’re a terrific way to break the ice with someone who is new to you. Face it, what could be a better first date idea in Dallas for a newcomer!

Pocket Sandwich Theater is also worth a look! They feature a ton of live comedy/drama shows that are sure to make for an enjoyable evening. There have been tons of positive reviews about the event! These could very well be the most entertaining date nights you might have! But, you’ll only know if you try it.

6. The Fort Worth Zoo Is Worth a Visit:

If you put your date in front of a cute, cuddly sloth, there’s no doubt they will immediately melt into a puddle, and lose themselves in your arms later. We don’t see how you could have a poor time spending the day at the Fort Worth Zoo ogling the animals and roaming around. Don’t forget to look at the newborn elephants!!

7. Go Horseback Riding:

Horseback riding is a great date idea in Dallas, and it’s incredibly Texan. On a trail ride, take in the scenery and stop at the stables and ranch buildings for a look around. For something extra special, pay a visit to the Southfork Ranch from the hit television series Dallas. Get a kiss and snap a photo of you and your boo while on your horses too

8. Reunion Tower Dinner:

Take your date to the top of Dallas’ Reunion Tower for a delicious dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Five Sixty. Not only will you have an excellent meal,, but the floor will slowly circle the orb-shaped building, giving you a continually changing perspective of Dallas.

We hope one of these amazing ideas makes it to your itinerary. Feel free to always come back to reference this list. Oh, and don’t forget to have fun. Hope you enjoyed the read. Cheers!
