The restaurant’s stunning retractable glass walls and glass foyer on the third story open onto a verdant outdoor terrace. You are surrounded by glistening chandeliers, ancient olive trees, and trickling fountains.
The rooftop restaurant has a menu focusing on fresh ingredients, including lobster rolls and charred ribeye steak, and is open daily for lunch and dinner in addition to weekend brunch. There are many artisanal wines and craft brews to go with your food selection.
Stackhouse

The wooden decked rooftop patio at Stackhouse has several quaint tiny sitting spots and is fantastic on the inside—looking particularly good at night, with chic lanterns providing ideal illumination.
Of course, the burgers are the main focus of the Stackhouse menu, but there are other options. Enjoy their salads and sandwiches, and most definitely try one of their specialty burgers. This place is the ideal spot for meals and beverages before or after a show. With over 50 artisan beers and cocktails available, the brunchtime mimosas are also delightful.
There aren’t as many rooftop restaurants in Dallas that cater to dietary constraints. However, on this lovely patio coated in wood, you’d enjoy a romantic rooftop dinner and a breathtaking view without sacrificing your health or morals.

Extra points are given to Statler Hotel for providing us with a pool, as there aren’t many rooftop bars with them in Dallas. You can get the nicest views from this 19th floor location.
The elegant lounge offers a wide selection of drinks to suit any mood, including specialty cocktails, wine, and beer. Italian treats like delicious pizza, calzones, and pasta go well with your drinks.
By evening, Waterproof is likely to be extremely crowded, so arrive early to take advantage of its premium location.
Vidorra
